Symposium registration fees include:

• Admission to all Symposium Sessions & Exhibition
• Official Attendance certificate
• Coffee breaks and lunches according to the scheduled program;

Payment options

‍

By Credit card

The preferred method of payment is payment by card online via our secure payment gateway.

‍

In the unlikely event of a rejected on-line credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to return to his/her registration online and try to process the payment again. Should the payment issue persist, the participant is advised to contact the card issuer/bank first to check for any potential block on the online transaction. If so, once this is removed it will be possible to pay via the online payment gateway.

Payment policy

Registration and full payment of fees will be compulsory for attending any of the Symposium events.

‍

Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received before the deadline, the next fee registration will be automatically charged. An unpaid or only partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until it is fully paid.

If you don’t receive an automatic confirmation reply within 24 hours, please contact the technical secretariat of the symposium: isms2025@leading.pt

Final Invoice

The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details).

‍

Any change of such details is possible before the Symposium is over and will be subject to a 15 EUR fee.

‍

If you need pro-forma invoice, we can provide one for you so you can process the payment within your institution administrative process. When we receive the payment receipt, we will issue the actual invoice.

Registration Cancellation Conditions

Any bank charges incurred through reimbursement of cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.

‍

• Receipt of written cancellation by 22 April 2025: Full refund minus a €30 handling fee.

• Receipt of written cancellation after 22 April 2025: 50% cancellation fee will apply, minus a €30 handling fee.
• Less than 30 days before the event (after 23 June 2025): 80% cancellation fee will apply, minus a €30 handling fee.
• Receipt of written cancellation after 23 June 2025: 100% cancellation fee will apply, minus a €30 handling fee.

All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the Symposium secretariat via e-mail: isms2025@leading.pt

Insurance

The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
