When you arrive
Public Transport:

- Train: Depending on your location, you can take a train to a nearby station and then use public transport or walk to reach the campus.
- Bicycle: Use a bicycle to commute to the campus. Many roads leading to the campus have dedicated bike lanes or are bicycle-friendly.
Car:
If driving, use GPS or follow the signs to the campus. There are parking facilities available nearby, though availability can vary depending on the time of day.
Walking:
If you are in the vicinity or enjoy walking, consider walking to the campus. It's a pleasant way to explore the area and possibly the quickest option for nearby residents or those staying close to the campus.
Taxi or Ride-Sharing Services:
Use local taxi services or ride-sharing apps to directly reach the Rectorate building.
At the Symposium Venue:
Accreditation - Arrive early to the Symposium Venue to do your accreditation. Be practical and use your mobile phone with the QR code that was sent to you by e-mail.
ID - Wear your badge throughout the Symposium.
WiFi - WiFi service will be available during the Symposium. Access the network indicated.
Cloakroom - There is a cloakroom available during the Symposium opening hours.
